Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Credits
Unused credits do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Failed renders
Renders that fail are never charged, so no refund is needed for them.
